as i walked home tonight from our usual game of bro-darts, i enjoyed the evening breeze, and how awesome tree branches look under the gaze of street lights. as I approached the corner of butler and johnson, as I have so many times before, I spotted a bright yellow "pimped out" hummer h2 waiting at a red light to go west on butler @ johnson. I thought... hmm, I wonder what kind of people are driving such a flashy, gas guzzling, polluting, piece of shit hunk of steel? probably your stereo typical, overdose of testosterone, fuckstick frat guys.. but maybe not. maybe its some kids who have a job plugging some product and its the company car... maybe its some weird kind of person i dont even know about. i crossed right in front of it on my way home, the light turned green and i hear it behind me rev up and pull away... then a cry from the passenger side window, "hey dude! you're gay!" my response? a simple head shake and a chuckle, which i'm sure they noted and realized how lame they were. i thought it was funny... and worthy of a blog.. really not this long of a blog though. if i wasn't a little drunk i would have written only 2 or 3 sentences .. katt mowske, out.

tiefenbro and i made a rather impromptu stop at best buy yesterday afternoon with the goal of seeing browske hard at work and also for tiefenbro to buy the latest cd's of some of his favorite artists. we stopped by the nerd squad help desk and there browske was... hard at work installing a 5.25" floppy drive on a customer's IIe and wearing his little black tie and short sleeved white shirt. the shirt was noticeably un-ironed, however, prompting tiefenbro and i to quip that though the nerd squad can "iron out" any problems with one's computer, they have yet to master "ironing out" their own clothing!! it was so charming and we both shook hands afterwards.

speaking of charming, i was watching fox last night and heard a rather amusing story. this character named Martin was feeling rather...randy, and he was heard to remark that it was his "duty to love that booty", referring to the posterior of his live-in girlfriend, Gina.

now that spring has finally sprung, the birds have returned to their northern homes and are back to waking me up from peaceful slumber whenever they please. "hey... go back to the south where you belong!" i yelled out my window at a group of the befeathered nuisances this morning as i clenched my bedroom window sill. i happened to yell this command just as a young man of african descent walked right in front of my line of sight and direction of shout. that young man was none too pleased at my distaste for the chirping birds, let me tell you. he suggested that i "go fuck myself" and remarked that he better not ever see me again lest he be forced to give me quite a walloping. i plan to post letters to local nature conservancy groups, explaining my distaste for birds more thoroughly in hopes of reaching the young man whom i inadvertently offended.

in an effort to keep the ball rolling, i will try to post my blog thoughts tonight.

uhhh.... ummm... hmm. i've been watching a lot of wwII footage lately. i ordered "the century of warfare : world war 2" from timelife.com a few days. amazing stuff... i feel alone in this adventure though. putting it in the dvd player is a good way to clear derek out of the room and force him to retire in his room. i've only finished the first disc.. the 2nd of which i think is mostly about the pacific theatre. if any bros are interested in sharing some history with me just bro up my cell bomb, i'd love to have you.

secondly! future roomate bros. i think we should invest in a sbc business account next year, which would allow me to setup name servers with a static ip and give us more bandwidth.. we could hose www.allthingsbro.com, and possibly brolan's business idea he was so excited about just a few weeks ago (although the moral implications of it would have to be discussed first). it would free us from the shackles that blogspot.com imposes on us and let us flourish unfethered in the cyberspace! think about it.

i've also decided to start a "blog" of my own... called a journal! lol.... but seriously. i need a plane for my thoughts and ideas to exist on, and while all_things_bro is great... i need more. don't worry, i'm sure all the bros, and then some, will make it into my private pages.
